Electricity Mepco Bill Information

If you’re wondering what is included in your bill and how to chek if your previous bill has been paid?

Unfortunately, MEPCO doesn’t currently offer a direct way to verify this.

However, you can determine the payment status of your last bill by looking at your current month’s bill.

Find the Total Charges Section: On your bill, locate the ‘Total Charges’ section, typically positioned on the far right side of the document.

Review the Arrears/Age Section: In this section, if you see a zero balance, it means your previous bill was paid successfully. If you see the amount from the previous bill, it indicates that it hasn’t been paid yet.

Typically, an electricity bill includes the following information

Consumer Information

This section contains your name, residential address, and a unique consumer number specific to your account.

Current Charges

Details the amount of electricity used during the billing period, typically measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh), and the corresponding cost.
